Once you decided to improve your current dwelling or build a new one from scratch. We’ll come out to inspect your property, provide you with a preliminary tender, a basic estimate of the build costs as well as any site costs and service connections.

02 CREATIVE DESIGN
Once you are ready to tackle your project, we’ll enter a creative design stage, during which, we are able to tweak the designs together to find the best solution for your home. We’ll create all the drawings, provide a BASIX certificate and basic site contour.
03 MATERIALS SELECTION
Once you’ve chosen your ideal project design, we will move onto the materials selection, meeting with an interior designer. You can choose specific materials and colours for your dream project.
04 DETAILED TENDER
Our next step is the Detailed Tender. With everything chosen and finalized; we can provide you with our detailed pricing document, incorporating design changes and selected materials.
05 PLAN APPROVAL
We’ll finally submit your plans to council and Sydney water where required for approval.
06 START CONSTRUCTION
Once approved we can move on to the business contract. We make sure everything is agreed upon and documented before commencing the work. Once the deposit is paid, the magic begins.
